山西大学2014年6月新HSK考试报考通知
山西大学国际教育交流学院2014年6月份的中国汉语水平考试（HSK），报名工作即将开始，具体安排如下：
一、考试时间
笔试：
HSK (三级) 2014年6月14日 下午 13：30
HSK (四级) 2014年6月14日 上午 09：00
HSK (五级) 2014年6月14日 下午 13：30
HSK (六级) 2014年6月14日 上午 09：00
二、报名方式
1．现场报名：
山西大学国际教育交流学院办公室(太原市坞城路92号)
2．网上报名：
登录汉语考试服务网：http://www.chinesetest.cn进行网上报名，上传电子照片，缴费完成后自行打印准考证。
注：欢迎来电咨询，但不接受电话报名。
三、报名时间
1．现场报名时间：2014年5月7日—2014年5月16日；
周一至周五 上午8:00—11:00；下午2:30—5:30。
2．网上报名时间：2014年5月7日—2014年5月18日。
四、报名手续
1．考生应出示个人护照及电子版证件照
电子照片规格要求：
1) 考生本人近期二寸证件照，不可以是生活照、风景照；
2) 不允许佩戴帽子、头巾、发带、墨镜（有特殊宗教信仰的除外）；
3） 黑白或彩色照片均可，以白色背景为佳；
4） 照片为JPG/JPEG格式，大小在100KB以内。
以上要求适用于HSK4-6级。

七、注意事项
1．考生参加考试时必须携带的物品有：
① HSK准考证；
② 护照；
③ 2B铅笔(两支以上)和橡皮。
2．证件不全者不能进入考场，证件指的是“准考证”和“护照”。
3．“学生证”不可以作为身份证明。
4．请考生保存好“准考证”，以便领取成绩报告使用。

十、成绩报告的发放
2．考试结束第六周后凭“HSK准考证”来学院领取成绩报告。
注：成绩报告本考点只负责保存2年。
Notice for New HSK Test
The application for HSK test in School of International Education and Exchange for Overseas Students of Shanxi University in June of this year has begun. Here are the details for the schedule:

Way of Application
1. Site Application
The International Student Office of School of International Education and Exchange,
Shanxi University (NO. 92, Wucheng Road, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province)
2. Application on Internet
Search the Chinese testing website http://www.chinesetest.cn and do as it says. Please upload the electronic photo and print the Admission Card after successful payment.
PS: We don’t accept any application by phone.

From May 7th, 2014 to May 16th, 2014
8:00-11:00 AM, 2:30-5:30 PM.（from Monday to Friday）
2. Application on Internet:
From May 7th, 2014 to May 18th, 2014
Application Procedures
1. Provide your passport and electronic photo (2-inch, taken recently, bareheaded and without any other decorations, white background is best, JPG/JPEG format, within100KB).
The above requests are applied for HSK4-6.
2. Fill and hand in <The Application Form for New HSK Test>.（Download from http://siee.sxu.edu.cn/ or get from application site.）

You have to show your passport to get the Admission Card.

More Details You Should Pay Attention To
1. Please make sure you take the following things with you when you take the test:
(1) HSK Admission Card;
(2) Passport;
(3) 2B pencil (at least 2) and Eraser.
2. You are not allowed to take the tests if you forget any of the following certificates: “HSK admission card” and your “passport”.
3. Your “students’ card” cannot be used as your identification certification.
4. Please take good care of your “HSK admission card”, which is used for getting your “certification” and your “test results”.

The Check and Receipt of Test Results
1. One month after the test, you can search http://www.chinesetest.cn to check your test results.
2. Six months after the test, you can come to the school to get your “test results” by showing your Admission Card.
PS: Our school will keep your test results and certification for only two years.
