                     山西大学2013年12月新HSK考试报考通知
 
山西大学国际教育交流学院2013年12月份的中国汉语水平考试（HSK），报名工作即将开始，具体安排如下：
一、 考试时间
笔试：
HSK ( 三级)   2013年12月1日 下午 13：30
HSK ( 四级)  2013年12月1日 上午 09：00
HSK ( 五级)  2013年12月1日 下午 13：30
HSK ( 六级)  2013年12月1日 上午 09：00
口试:
HSKK 初级    2013年12月1日下午16：30
HSKK 中级     2013年12月1日下午16：30
 
二、报名方式
1 ．现场报名：
     山西大学国际教育交流学院办公室(太原市坞城路92号)
2 ．网上报名：
   登录汉语考试服务网： http://www.chinesetest.cn 进行网上报名，缴费完成后自行打印准考证。
注 ：恕不接受电话报名。
三、报名时间
1 ．现场报名时间：2013年10月22日—2013年11月1日；
   周一至周五  上午8:00—11:00；下午2:00—5:00。
2 ．网上报名时间：2013年10月22日—2013年11月4日。
四、报名手续
1 ．考生应出示个人护照及两张2寸免冠照片（照片底色最好为白色，每张照片背面写上名字）。
2 ．考生应填写并提交《新HSK报名表》（可登陆http://siee.sxu.edu.cn/ 下载中心下载）。

七、注意事项
1 ．考生参加考试时必须携带的物品有：
     ① HSK准考证；
     ② 护照；
     ③ 2B铅笔(两支以上)和橡皮。
2 ．证件不全者不能进入考场，证件指的是“准考证”和“护照”。
3 ．“学生证”不可以作为身份证明。
4 ．请考生保存好“准考证”，以便领取成绩报告时使用。

十、成绩报告的发放
1 ．考试结束后一个月，考生可登录汉语考试服务网                                                http://www.chinesetest.cn 输入准考证和姓名查询考试成绩。
  2 ．考试结束第六周后凭“HSK准考证”来学院领取成绩报告。
注： 成绩报告本考点只负责保存2年。 
 
 
Notice for New HSK Test
The application for HSK test in School of International Education and Exchange for Overseas Students of Shanxi University in December of this year has begun. Here are some details for the schedule:
Testing Time
1. Written Test
      HSK (level 3)  1 ： 30 PM, December 1st, 2013
HSK (level 4)   9 ： 00 AM, December 1st, 2013
HSK (level 5)   1 ： 30 PM, December 1st, 2013
HSK (level 6)   9 ： 00 AM, December 1st, 2013
2. Oral Test
      HSKK (primary level)     4 ： 30 PM, December 1st, 2013
      HSKK ( intermediate level)  4 ： 30 PM, December 1st, 2013
Way of Application
1.   Site Application
The International Student Office of School of Education and Exchange,
Shanxi University (NO. 92, Wucheng Road, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province)
2.  Application on Internet
Search the Chinese testing website http://www.chinesetest.cnand do as it says.      Please print the Admission Card after successful payment.
PS : We don’t accept any application by phone.
Application Time
1.      Site Application:
From October 22nd, 2013 to November 1st, 2013
      8:30-11:30 AM, 2:00-5:00 PM. （ from Monday to Friday ）
2.      Application on Internet:
From October 22nd, 2013 to November 4th, 2013
Application Procedures
1.  Provide your passport, and 2 photos by small two inch (Background shouldn’t be too dark, and white background is best, moreover write your name on the back of your photos).
2. Fill and hand in. （ Download from http://siee.sxu.edu.cn/ ）

Receipt of Admission Card
You have to show your passport to get the Admission Card.

More Details You Should Pay Attention To
1.  Please make sure you take the following things with you when you take the test:
(1) HSK Admission Card;
(2) Passport;
(3) 2B pencil (at least 2) and Eraser.
2.  You are not allowed to take the tests if you forget any of the following certificates: “HSK admission card” and your “passport”.
3.  Your “students’ card” cannot be used as your identification certification.
4.  Please take good care of your “HSK admission card”, which is used for getting your “certification” and your “test results”.

The Check and Receipt of Test Results
1.   One month after the test, you can search http://www.chinesetest.cn to check your test results.
2.   Six months after the test, you can come to the school to get your “test results” by showing your Admission Card.
PS: Our school will keep your test results and certification for only two years.
