Dear students:

The scholarship evaluation for international students at Shanxi University for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year is about to commence. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Eligible Participants:

All degree-seeking students, including undergraduates, master's students, and doctoral students (excluding those on Chinese Government Scholarship).

II. Required Evaluation Materials:

1. "Shanxi University International Student Scholarship Evaluation Forms including Self-Assessment Form and University Evaluation Form (the Self-Assessment Form is to be filled out by the student, and the University Evaluation Form is to be completed by the student's school with comments and signed by the relevant school leader or supervisor, and stamped with official seal);

2. Transcript of courses taken in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

III. Deadline for Submission of Evaluation Materials:

Before 18:00 on February 24.

Failure to submit the scholarship evaluation materials on time will be regarded as an automatic waiver of the scholarship evaluation qualification.
