You are kindly requested to carefully check the validity of visas and passports. Those whose documents are nearing expiration should contact me immediately.

1. Students whose visas are due to expire before April 30, 2025, please contact Ms. Feng and prepare the necessary documents for extension, including transcripts, attendance records, valid insurance certificates, and tuition receipts (if payment is required). These documents should be submitted to Office 204 by 5:30 PM on March 12.

2. Has any student recently renewed their passport? If so, it is necessary to reapply for a visa within 10 days of receiving the new passport. If this applies to you, please contact me promptly.

Please pay close attention to the expiration dates of your passports and visas. Do not overstay your visa under any circumstances. Illegal overstay due to personal negligence may result in penalties such as fines, detention, and orders for departure within a specified time frame.
