▲Application Procedure

1.The applicants should do the registration in International Student Service System and complete online application at https://sxu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx.

Choose Non Degree Program--Preparatory Program, filling the required information and uploading clear scanned documents.

2.Application documents' authenticity, integrity and qualification will be verified by Admission Office of SIEE(School of International Education &Exchange).

3.Admission results will be informed in the system within 10 days.

Please pay close attention to the information from the application system and respond without hesitation.

▲Application Documents

1、A copy of valid passport. The passport should be valid for more than 1 year from the first day of school. Applicants who are or has been in China are required to provide “Visa or Residence Permit"page;

2、High School diploma or equivalent. (Students graduating in 2025 should provide certificate of pre-graduation or studying certification from their high schools);

3、High school official transcript;

4、Personal Resume. The resume should be written in Chinese or in English since primary school to the present covering experiences of education and work( if they have);

5、Valid Proof of bank funds(at least CNY 20,000) issued within 6months before submission date of application

1) Applicants are required to prove the Bank statement or proof of bank funds under applicants’ account.

2) Applicants who can not afford CNY 20,000, are required to prove the Bank statement or proof of bank funds under applicants' financial supporter's name, with a Statement of Financial Support ( http://siee.sxu.edu.cn/en/AdministrationService/DC/index.htm)

6、 Certificate of Non-Criminal Record.

Usually issued within 6months prior to the submission date of the application.

7、Health Certificate.

Usually issued within 6months prior to the submission date of the application.

8、Guardian Authorization Form. If the applicant is under 18 years old at the time of enrollment, their parents must appoint a Chinese citizen as the student's guardian in China and complete the Guardian Authorization Form.

Note:

1. All the following documents shall be complete and clear、true、valid and color
   scanned.

2.Non-Chinese or Non-English documents are required for attachment of Chinese or English translation either notarized or issued by the original organization;

3.The above documents are expected to be complete or they won't be considered.

申请流程

1.申请者须登录山西大学国际学生招生管理系统 https://sxu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx进行网上注册。请选择学历项目--预科项目，填写信息，提交申请材料，完成申请。

2.材料初审。申请材料由山西大学国际教育交流学院招生办公室初审，审核材料是否完整、 真实。

3.资格审核通过后10个工作日在系统中反馈录取结果。

• 护照首页(护照有效期一年以上。中国境内的国际学生需提供“居留许可签证页”。)

• 学历证明文件（注：应届毕业生可提供“预计毕业证明”或“在学证明”）。

• 成绩单

• 个人简历

• 资金证明CNY20,000(有效期在申请提交日期6个月内)

方式1:申请人需提供本人名下的银行资金证明，账户资金不少于CNY20,000

方式2:申请人也可提供其他资助人名下的银行资金证明，账户资金不少于CNY20,000。申请人和资助人需填写资助证明信。(请下载并填写“资助证明信”http://siee.sxu.edu.cn/xzzxlindex.htm)

6.无犯罪记录证明(有效期在申请提交日期6个月内)

7.健康证明(有效期在申请提交日期6个月内)

8.监护人证明。（如果申请人在录取日期之时未满18岁，其家长须委托一名中国公民作为该申请人在华监护人并填写此表）

注意：

(1)以上材料应准备完整清，真实有效晰的电子彩色扫描件；

(2)以上材料中非中文或英文的文件，需附经公证的或发证单位提供的汉语/英语翻译件；

(3)以上申请材料提供不全者不予以审核；
